Important Trip Details: On this trip, you will be hiking up to 4.5 hours and 6.5 miles a day, mostly at elevations below 3,000 feet. The trails can be rocky and uneven, with up to 1,100 feet elevation gain. You will also kayak on protected waters for about two hours in sit-in double kayaks. No kayaking experience is required. You should enjoy hiking and adventuring in the outdoors and be in very good physical condition.
