I just want you to know what a fabulous job Giselle Landau did for us booking our Club Med vacation. We were a group of 12: 6 adults and 6 children and everyone had a blast.
She is so knowledgeable and efficient. We were all thrilled with the accommodations.
I had a ton of questions and she patiently answered everything. Part of our family was unable to come and Giselle went to the trouble to obtain vouchers for them, even though we had paid early with no cancellation allowed.
