Another reason to use Lori Kenner is the trip we planned 2 years ago. 2 years ago, my wife and I, together with 3 other couples from around the U.S. wanted to cruise out of Barcelona. In 2018 we contacted Lori and she developed an itinerary to fly some from South Florida and 3 other couples from the NE USA. Lori acquired cabins on a NCL ship departing Barcelona in Oct 2020. Lori was able to get us upgraded cabins, adjacent on the ship & even discounts on dining/drink packages. We all paid the customary fees for the NCL cruise in Oct 2020.
Then the COVID-19 pandemic destroyed our plans made during 2 years in advance!
For a time, you may recall, most companies were dragging their feet to reimburse any fees paid for trips.
Bottom line we all (3 couples, 6 people) all received all our money back due to Lori Kenner.
If I had used the internet to select and pay for the cruise et al, I would not have been able to retrieve all my money…
